Workmanship coverage
If the concern is connected to our installation or repair, we’ll inspect the reported issue and determine whether it falls within the coverage shown on your invoice.
Manufacturer product warranties
Garage doors, openers, and replacement parts may carry separate manufacturer coverage. Product model and serial information helps us identify the correct next step.
What is usually not covered
Normal wear, routine maintenance, accidental or storm damage, misuse, alterations, cosmetic concerns, and work performed by another contractor are generally outside workmanship coverage. Submitting a request does not guarantee coverage; our team will review the original documentation and the reported condition.
